Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel room's location was inconvenient, making it hard to navigate. While some staff members were accommodating, there were issues with noise and cleanliness due to nearby construction. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's location was convenient for specific events and activities.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms smelled so bad that we couldn't stay, the elevator was immaculate. The temperature in the room got very hot, which was uncomfortable. The service was a bit intrusive with staff walking in on us twice without knocking first, but they were quick to assist with any issues and were helpful in many aspects. The location was convenient for exploring Jacksonville, although parking was confusing. The dining was good and filling for the price, offering a nice breakfast selection. Overall, it was a decent stay with some drawbacks.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable but lacked a view. The service was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient but seemed to be undergoing renovation. The dining experience was good overall. The facilities were decent but could use some improvement.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were spacious, comfy, and clean, with a great view. I had a nice sleep and enjoyed the awesome pool on the roof with its amazing view. The gym and hot tub on the roof were also fantastic additions. However, the breakfast experience was not perfect, and there was a bit of confusion with payment.
I stayed on the sixth floor overlooking the St John's river. Despite construction work nearby, it didn't disturb me with the balcony door closed. The rooms were clean, but the view overlooked some unattractive abandoned buildings. The service here is top-notch with some of the kindest people I've ever met, especially welcoming to Spanish-speaking visitors. The location is amazing with a beautiful river and city view, although some construction was a bit of an eyesore. The dining experience was great overall, with friendly staff.
